When you register to shop online as a client or to download SALDaTI content via the Site and/or an Application, we will collect personal information from you. Such information might include your first name, last name, e-mail address, organisation name and telephone number. Your e-mail address will be required to register on our Site and you need to select your own password. Both these pieces of information are required to log into specific areas of the Site.
e. Ordering:
When you place an order for products or services, we collect personal information. Such information might include your first name, last name, e-mail address, organisation name, telephone number, billing information and credit card details. We use this information to deliver your order, to process payment and to communicate with you with regard to the status of your order.
f. Credit card storage:
Credit card information collected for orders is transmitted over a secure connection and is used only to process payment for the transaction. It is not stored or retained on our Site.

5. Children’s privacy protection:
We take special care to protect the privacy needs of children and encourage parents to be an active participant in their children’s online activities. The United Nations defines “Youth” as those persons between the ages of 15 and 24 years. Our free Youth Leadership programmes are aimed at these persons and has the sole intention of equipping them with information and learning experiences that would make them better leaders – for their sake and for the sake of society in general.
Our Site and/or our Applications do not target and are not intended for children under the age of 15 years. We will therefore not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 15 years. Having said this, we believe that all the content on our Site is not only constructive and non-discriminating, but it should also be morally and ethically acceptable to everyone in society.
Any personal information that you provide to us will be stored in our database in South Africa. As a general policy we use personal information and message data only for internal purposes. Other than what is disclosed in this Privacy Notice we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise retransmit any personal information which we collect online, unless we have your permission to do so. Where absolutely necessary, we will though make this personal information available if it is required to do so, in order to make the products that you procured from us available to you. SALDaTI might need to use personal information of users in connection with website maintenance, upgrades, new releases or analytics information review or compilation. On a very limited basis and at our discretion we also might have to share user information in connection with third-party marketing or advertising services to the Leadership Development and Training industry. The storage of all user personal information is subject to the laws of South Africa.
