In presenting Customised Leadership Development and Training Solutions to organisations, SALDaTI will partner with a client organisation to implement a new leadership development programme or to look at ways of improving its existing leadership development programme. This process would typically involve the following steps:
Leadership development is an iterative or continuous improvement process and cannot be seen as a once off event or intervention. The following figure illustrates the process that we adopt at SALDaTI where we Equip leaders with the necessary tools to become better leaders, where they then in turn Apply what we have taught them and finally where we, together with the client, Assess if the first phase of the process was successful. At this point we agree on the content and details with regard to the second phase of this process, because it might be necessary to make some adjustments to the content of Phase 2 based on the outcomes of Phase 1. We then repeat these steps, before we execute the next phase of the process.

It needs to be highlighted that we would stay involved in the successful implementation of our clients’ leadership development process, up to the point where we or our client believe that we do not add significant value to this process anymore and that the client organisation can maintain this process from that point onwards. We believe that we cannot be involved in your organisation if we cannot add value to your leadership development process.
